I ordered two pendants from Palmonas under a Buy 1 Get 1 offer, and one arrived defective — the solitaire is attached wrongly and doesn’t sit on the neck at all. I requested a refund, but instead of addressing the defect, they tried to force store credit, which is illegal. They promised pickup within 72 hours but never arranged it. Their grievance number is invalid, they ignored my emails even after promising a 48-hour reply, and the complaint I filed on their site was “automatically rejected” without human review. My money is stuck, there is zero customer support, and their non-response has caused days of mental stress.

I feel so helpless and powerless, this is my last hope. Please look into the matter and hold this company accountable.
