I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Himgiri Automobiles - Hero MotoCorp Plot No 7, Sohna Road, Badshapur, gurugram, haryana - 122001, regarding the poor handling of my scooty's repair after an accident. My details are as follows:

On 02/11/2025, my scooty met with an accident, and I handed it over to the dealer for repairs under insurance. The insurance claim has been approved and passed, but despite this, the dealer is demanding additional unauthorized charges, such as:
Wiring charges: Approx Rs. 6,000
ECU charges: Approx Rs. 4,500
These extra demands seem unjustified as they should be covered under the insurance or warranty. Moreover, more than 2 months have passed since I gave the scooty to the dealer, and it is still not repaired or returned. Due to this unnecessary delay, I have been forced to pay EMIs without using the vehicle, causing me financial loss and inconvenience.
When I approach the dealer to retrieve my scooty or inquire about the status, the staff behaves rudely and makes new excuses every time. I have repeatedly requested to speak with the General Manager (GM), but they are never available. This unprofessional behavior and delay are causing me significant hardship.

I request Hero MotoCorp to intervene immediately. Investigate the matter with the dealer. Ensure the repairs are completed without any extra charges beyond what is approved by insurance. Return my scooty in fully repaired condition at the earliest. Compensate for the unnecessary EMI payments and any other losses incurred due to the delay. Take appropriate action against the dealer for their rude behavior and poor service.

I have attached Insurance documents and RC for your reference, However I have not been provided with any hard copy documents or the bill/invoice till date.

Please acknowledge this complaint and provide a reference number. I expect a resolution within 7 days.
