Complaint: On 1st June 2026, I booked a service request through the Eureka Forbes mobile application. Despite the booking, no technician has visited or contacted me to date.

I escalated the matter to customer care, who only called to check the status but did not arrange for service. Till now, no representative has attended the complaint, which amounts to deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act.

Relief Sought:

  1. Immediate resolution of the pending service request.
  2. Confirmation of the last AMC payment details (for record purposes).
  3. Considering the inconvenience caused, I request the company to provide a Platinum AMC for the upcoming year as compensation, instead of the Gold AMC (currently priced at ₹2949).
This complaint is filed to ensure accountability and to protect consumer rights. I request the Consumer Forum to kindly direct Eureka Forbes to resolve the issue and provide the requested relief.
