Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the purchase of a VU Vibe DV QLED TV through Amazon during their sale on 8th August 2025, which was delivered to me on 10th August 2025.
Upon installation, I was extremely disappointed with the picture and sound quality, which did not meet the advertised standards or my expectations. The product appears to be misrepresented in its specifications and performance, raising serious concerns about its authenticity and quality assurance.
I promptly reached out to both Amazon customer support (customer-service@amazon.in) and VU Support Care (support@vutvs.com) via email, expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting assistance or resolution. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any positive or constructive response from either party to date.
This lack of accountability and response has left me with a substandard product and no recourse, which I believe is a violation of my consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
I kindly request the Consumer Court to take cognizance of this matter and initiate appropriate action against the concerned parties. I am seeking either a full refund, replacement, or any other remedy deemed appropriate by the Court.
