Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the purchase of a VU Vibe DV QLED TV through Amazon during their sale on 8th August 2025, which was delivered to me on 10th August 2025.

Upon installation, I was extremely disappointed with the picture and sound quality, which did not meet the advertised standards or my expectations. The product appears to be misrepresented in its specifications and performance, raising serious concerns about its authenticity and quality assurance.

I promptly reached out to both Amazon customer support (customer-service@amazon.in) and VU Support Care (support@vutvs.com) via email, expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting assistance or resolution. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any positive or constructive response from either party to date.

This lack of accountability and response has left me with a substandard product and no recourse, which I believe is a violation of my consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

I kindly request the Consumer Court to take cognizance of this matter and initiate appropriate action against the concerned parties. I am seeking either a full refund, replacement, or any other remedy deemed appropriate by the Court.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by one of your technicians regarding my VU television.

20th evening, a technician visited our home and made minimal adjustments—setting the picture and sound mode to “Standard.” He informed my wife that the issue was resolved and left. When I called him to inquire about what checks had been performed, his response was dismissive. He simply stated that he had checked the picture and sound quality and is working fine.

Upon returning home, when I switched on the TV, I noticed that the brightness had been increased and the volume was set to 40, which is unusually high. These changes do not address the concerns I initially raised, and I am disappointed by both the quality of service and the manner in which it was delivered.

Given this experience, I am not satisfied with the product or the manufacturer’s and amazone approach to customer service. I would like to request a replacement of my current TV with a different model that meets acceptable standards of performance and support.

I hope you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and provide a resolution at the earliest.
