Complaint regarding misbehave and not issuing cylinder after payment

I went gas Kiran gas agency on 21st March 2026 at 9.00m. nd pid money for one cylinder. unfortunately I didn't take my cylinder on that day. Then I went again on 23rd March at 9.00am for taking my cylinder. But that day the staff of kiran agencies responded rudely and not given my cylinder to me. So I lost my money and cylinder too. So I filled a complaint against the staff of kiran agencies, khammam.
 
I am kuldeep singh 8860091701. my gas agency is Gauri Enterprises address D493 Palam Extension Dwarka, Sector 7. New Delhi, Delhi - 110075. Near Ram Phal Chowk. I have booked my cylinder on 21st april 2026 and online payment done, My Booking ID : 2-005630451752. my cylinder is still not delivered. they are abusing and misbehaving to me. kindly take a necessary action
