Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to raise a complaint against PlanetSpark for not processing my refund despite multiple follow-ups.
I enrolled my child in their program under Enrolment ID: 122716 and raised a refund request under Ticket Number: 438398. It has been more than 50 days, and the company has neither processed the refund nor provided any proper response.
We have not attended any regular classes. Only the beneficiary and counseling sessions were attended. Due to personal schedule constraints, we clearly informed the company that we are unable to continue with the classes and requested cancellation.
Despite repeated attempts to contact their support team through calls and emails, there has been no proper response or resolution. The delay and lack of communication from the company are causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Issue:
Refund not processed for more than 50 days
No response from customer support despite daily follow-ups
Service not utilized (except initial sessions)
