I am writing to express my complaint regarding a pair of US Polo Assn. The shoes that I purchased from your store at The Grand Venice Mall in Greater Noida on December 19, 2025.
Unfortunately, the shoes have torn after a short period of normal use. Within less than a month of purchase, the adhesive on the soles of both shoes has detached, and there is also a minor tear on one of the shoes. These defects occurring in such a short time clearly indicate a manufacturing issue. I reached out to US Polo regarding this matter, but my request for a replacement or refund was denied.
