I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a refund that has not yet been processed for my cancelled SpiceJet flights, originally booked through FlightMojo.

Booking Details:

  • Booking Platform: FlightMojo Agency
  • Route: Bangalore – Delhi (23rd April 2025), Delhi – Bangalore (26th April 2025)
  • PNR(s): DY4NWS & EGT6WN Split PNR NYHNJS & PK9HJE

Issue Summary:

On 23rd April 2025, I arrived at the airport for my Bangalore to Delhi flight, only to be informed that the flight was delayed by 30 minutes. This delay kept getting extended repeatedly—first by another hour, then until 2:00 PM, and finally I was told around 2:30 PM that the flight would now depart the next day, on 24th April at 1:30 PM, which was also uncertain.

I was offered the option to wait or request a refund. I chose the refund, and since my return flight was also with SpiceJet, I was told that both onward and return journeys would be refunded. I was informed the refund would be processed within 7–10 working days and was provided a helpline number for follow-up.

As I had booked via FlightMojo, I contacted them with all necessary details. They requested a split PNR, which I collected from the airport. However, after 10 days, upon following up with both SpiceJet and FlightMojo, I found conflicting information—SpiceJet claimed the refund had been “intimated” while FlightMojo insisted they had not received any confirmation or email from SpiceJet.

Since then, I have made numerous calls and sent multiple emails to your team over the past 40+ days. Every time, I’ve had to explain the situation from scratch to a different representative. I’ve been advised to contact the Group Desk, then Customer Relations, and even instructed to send messages via WhatsApp. Despite promises of call-backs or follow-up, I’ve not received any definitive communication.

Today, I was informed again that the refund was initiated and an email was sent directly to my agency. However, FlightMojo has reconfirmed that no such email has been received.

Request:

I request your immediate attention and resolution to this matter. Kindly:

  1. Confirm via email that the refund has been processed for both legs of the journey.
  2. Share a written confirmation with refund reference numbers and communication sent to FlightMojo.
  3. Expedite the refund if it has not been processed, and provide a clear timeline.

This prolonged delay and miscommunication has caused significant inconvenience. I sincerely hope this matter will now be handled with the urgency and clarity it requires.
