I am writing to formally express my extreme frustration and deep dissatisfaction regarding a service request for my under-warranty TCL TV, purchased last year.

The service request was raised nearly two months ago, with an expectation—clearly communicated by your support team—that the issue would be resolved within 24-48 hours. However, to date, no service has been provided, and I have been subjected to repeated delays and unacceptable treatment.

Here is a brief outline of what I have endured over the past two months:

  1. Initial technician assigned refused service, demanding money for travel expenses, despite this being a warranty service.
  2. Upon escalating the issue, I was informed that nothing could be done until the technician "officially" rejected the ticket.
  3. Another technician was assigned later, who kept promising to visit . visited after multiple calls and now is not picking up my calls again.
  4. To make matters worse, my original service request was falsely marked as resolved—without any action or confirmation from my end.
  5. When I called support again, instead of reopening the same request, a new ticket was opened without my consent, seemingly to cover up the unresolved status of the original request.
This has gone far beyond poor service—it amounts to deliberate neglect and customer harassment. I did not purchase a TCL TV for it to remain idle on my table for two months. My patience has been tested to its limit.

I will be sharing a detailed account of my experience on various TCL India social media handles and public forums.

I request a senior representative to take ownership of this issue and ensure it is resolved at the earliest possible.
