Hi i have bought Motorola Washing Machine from Flipkart online, And along with that i have also bought 3 years Complete Appliance Protection from them which they gave of Jeeves.com. My order id from flipkart was OD432910501215460100. I will

I am having extreme problems with the services from jeeves.com, During installtion time also after delivering the product they have open it in the middle of the kitchen and said our executive will come later to install this machine, and the executive came after 17 days and after calling again and again to them they send after 17 days, During all this 17 days washing machine was there open in the centre of the kitchen as moving it was difficult, i have email them and rated them against this service at the time of installation.
So now today lets come to the other service point. Washing machine suddenly stopped working in the 3rd week of July 2026. I called them and filled the complaint on 24th July its been one and half month my problem is still not resolved i have called them as many as 10 times but all the time they said thay they escalating the issuue, They did send one person after calling them for the first time and he said one plastic part was damaged and have to order that and i have to pay for it as it is plastic part and will take 10 to 14 days, So after ordering that part on 7th sept one person came and repaired the machine by installing that part and i have paid 1500 rupees for that part and at that time machine start working and we gave them the OTP after Repairing but after one hour maching stopped working and we called that person again but he said that his work is complete and we have to register new complain.
So we register new complaint on 7th Aug on the same day when he repaired it, And since then no one has came to even see it and after every 2 or 3 days we receive the msg that certain part needs
To be ordered and always they give new date of visit. I have called many times at jeeves.com customer care no but i am getting no resolution of my problem. In the email below i am also attaching the mesages video from jeeves.com where it will
Show the list of message where it shows that executive has visited and certain part needs to be ordered but no one has came since then.
Everyone has only one washing machine at home
No one keeps spare washing machine and its been a real problem since one and half month and its frustrating if the problems are not getting resolved and you get the same answer on the customer care no.
Plz do the needful and file case against Flipkart.com and also Jeeves.com, coz because of them there will be many customers who will be mentally harassed by their fake promises of services and giving no resolution after taking bunch of money
