Hello everyone,
I placed an order with ConceptKart and the order was dispatched through BlueDart. My tracking shows the following:
The shipment reached Agra on 22 Nov 2025 and was marked “Out for Delivery”.
But due to a wrong phone number provided by ConceptKart, the courier never contacted me and the delivery failed.
Since 24 Nov, the status says “Undelivered Shipment Held At Location – Agra”, and no further update has been given.
I already called BlueDart customer care. They told me the problem is with the phone number given by ConceptKart, and asked me to ask ConceptKart to update the contact number and arrange OTP-less delivery or a fresh delivery attempt. But I have not received any response from ConceptKart so far.
What I request:
ConceptKart should update my correct phone number (7300******) on BlueDart’s records immediately.
ConceptKart or BlueDart should schedule a fresh delivery attempt at my address.
If this isn’t resolved within 7 days, I will consider raising this as a formal consumer complaint.
I hope someone from ConceptKart reads this and helps resolve the issue soon.
