Dear Sir / Madam .
On 6th July 2025 , I had ordered Apple Watch Ultra 2 [GPS + Cellular 49 mm] Smartwatch, Sports Watch with Black Titanium Case with Black Titanium Milanese Loop - S. Fitness Tracker, Precision GPS, Action Button, Carbon Neutral and paid in full Rs 1,04,900 . However when I received the package and opened it , I had received a counterfeit " Chinese " Replica of the watch . Order ID - 403-5073890-8941108 .
Seller Name - Clicktech Retail Pvt Ltd ( Registered Seller On Amazon ) .
As per the listing of the product on Amazon that the product is returnable till 16th July 2025 . However my refund is still not processed despite highlighting the same issue to Amazon customer support team on 6th July itself .
I would like to highlight that the seller has very bad reputation of selling fake items , which i could check properly after i received the counterfeit product despite paying full price . I had placed the order keeping Amazon as a safe and ethical company .
I have also registered a cyber police complaint regarding the same . Complaint Acknowledgement number - 30807250056367.
I request the legal system of our country to kindly have my paid amount refunded . I was saving a long time for this watch and when i had gathered the money to buy it , I was scammed by such an unethical seller .
Requesting strict action against the involved parties and support to get my hard earned money back .
