I bought product from CROMA online. and delivery was expecting by 11 august 2026. but today 12 august 2026 i saw that they just shipped my product on 11 august 2026. so how is it possible that i could receive on 11 or 12. this is so bad things happening by croma. I AM TRYING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER ON this number : 1800 572 7662 and 040 4651 7910 but they cut call with the reason of busy. but they can not hold my call so i can wait for officer will attend it. even talking with whats app chat. 9452594525 and their also delayed in response. also said by one chat officer they we will denied to deliver product at your door step and refund the money. i said clearly that i do not want delayed product but CROMA have to refund to me 10 times of money. 1228 INR product could be refund amount 10 times. 12280 inr. so after they are going to talk with the customer service officer. otherwise they told me we are trying to deliver your product soon. this is not good things.
