NAAVA seller- The seller sent damaged products and when requested for refund or store voucher, the seller initially mentioned as per policy only sale voucher is possible and didn’t pick up the order and when reached out again, seller is saying product sold during sale cannot be returned. The product is damaged and have submitted photo proof and still the seller is not attending calls or responding to emails. Scamming normal people.
