Myself,Dr.Sneha from Nagpur, We have approached and paid Rs 30,000/- to Decorpot on 30th March ,we were assured that the project will be completed in 2months...but persistent delay from their side was made.Finally on 16th July 2026 we made the final payment and as per their claim the project has to be completed by 16th of September 2026 and grace period of 12days was also given to the team.Now they are not responding to us promptly despite calling several times.As per Delay penalty clause, late fee per day have to be paid by them to us from tomorrow.We want complete refund or the work to be completed by this week.
