1. Nature of the Grievance:
I purchased the aforementioned washing machine through Flipkart. Upon installation on July 4, 2026, the unit was found to be defective. It exhibited significant mechanical issues, including excessive noise, failure to dry clothes, and repeated "E2" error codes. Despite the technician's attempt to resolve the issue by removing the auto-balancer, the defects persisted, rendering the product unfit for use.

2. Deficiency in Service:
Since the discovery of the defects, I have been subjected to an endless cycle of redirection between the seller (Flipkart) and the manufacturer (Thomson).
Flipkart’s Response: My repeated complaints (Incident IDs: IN26070613502284032758, IN26072214291931391688, IN26080618404492996804) have been met with generic automated responses directing me to the manufacturer, thereby evading the seller's responsibility under consumer protection laws.
Manufacturer’s Response: Although technicians acknowledged the defect and recommended a refund/return, the manufacturer has deliberately failed to issue the "declination form" required by Flipkart to process the return.
Current Status: Despite complying with all instructions—including providing invoices, serial numbers, and logs—I have been in possession of a non-functional, defective appliance for over 45 days with no concrete resolution.

3. Grounds for Legal Action:
The current situation constitutes a gross deficiency in service and an unfair trade practice. The seller and manufacturer are colluding to deny me a valid refund by withholding necessary documentation, despite their parent-company relationship and clear evidence of the product defect.

This sequence of at least seven (7) missed deadlines confirms a systemic practice of providing false timelines to suppress legitimate customer complaints, constituting a clear deficiency in service.
