I RAISED A CLAIM ON 27 AUGUST 2025 AND PAYMENT DONE ON 28 AUGUST 2025 FOR REPAIRING OF MY PHONE UNDER COMPLETE MOBILE PROTECTION POLICY WHICH WAS PURCHASED BY ME AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING MOBILE THE PICKUP DAY OF MY PHONE WAS 3 BUSSINES DAY FROM THE PAYMENT DAY BUT IT CANT BE DONE TILL NOW AFTER CHAT WITH SERVICE CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME WAIT 2 MORE DAYS. I JUST INFORME AND WANT TO KNOW ABOUT POLICY RULES IF THE PICKUP DURATION IS 3 DAY FROM PAYMENT DAY THEN WHY I WAIT MORE TWO DAY. WE FACED SO MANY PROBLEMS WITHOUT PHONE.
