I am order many products from Myntra but most of the time they did not deliver the products and when I complaint on Myntra customer support, they just cancel my order without informing me.Before cancellation they do not ask the customer that if they want the product or not. My product name spykar jeans was suppose to get deliver by 13 June 2025 but again and again tue delivery is getting delayed without any proper information. My recent order of Campus Sutra Shirt was lost by the delivery partner and due to which Myntra canceled my order with any information. When I contacted their customer support they were not able to help and told me to order again but this time the price of the Campus Sutra shirt was increase in-compare to the price when I ordered the product. So why should I pay extra if there is not my fault, it was due to the product got misplaced by the delivery partner so Myntra should pay the extra amount or they should tell the delivery partner to pay the extra price. I hope that my concern will get resolved here.
Hoping for a speed resolution...

We understand that the Myntra has not responded to you properly, despite you having all the necessary supporting documents and bills.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Myntra, formally requesting a resolution of your issue. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.

I had ordered one dress I didn't like it so I exchanged it by exchange option but it's been many days my order is being delayed constantly

We recommend that you first Send a detailed email to support@myntra.com outlining your issue, including order details and any previous correspondence and request to Refund/Replacement.

If not received any reply from the Myntra support team, escalate the issue with Grievance Officer at customergrievance@myntra.com

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.

This step not only gives the Myntra a chance to refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
