I have ordered a 5 color set hijab from meesho on 21st on August 2025. It was prepaid. The order was said to be delivered by 27th August. It was not delivered. I have contacted their agent on 27th, 29th and 30th as well. There was no proper response from them. Today is 30th august. The product and not yet delivered. And the refund is also not made. They say thr refund will be made in 7 days if the order was rejected at the door step. I have made a complaint on meesho help center as well. And i did not get any proper response or a quicker delivery. So now i made to wait for the product for 10 days and if they don't deliver, for 20 days for the refund. Moreover the order is in my city and still has not beem delivered

I had placed my order on 22nd Feb which was to be dispatched on 23rd Feb but it did not happen. I called the help centre and asked the reason, they said that there is some problem, it will be dispatched through supplier's traffic. Still it was not dispatched, I called on 24th Feb, they gave me time to do it on 25th Feb, they said it will be shipped by tomorrow, don't worry, but it did not happen, today is 26th Feb but they did not ship the order
My order was placed on 28th Feb but it has not been dispatched yet. Now they have extended the delivery date to 3rd March. There is some issue or the other. I also made the payment online but my order has not been shipped yet.I need to take action
