I am durgeshwari Kumari from Ranchi Jharkhand , i had sent very important courier it was very urgent, on 28/10/2026 to bangalore, means from Dhurwa,Ranchi, Jharkhand to bangalore, but today almost 8 days passed, my courier not reached to the said destination, when i concerned to the concerned person he told me that by mistake your parcel sent to hyderabad instead of bangalore, then i requested to courier person mr raj that kindly send it to banglore urgently because it is very important, but still my parcel is in hyderabad for 4 days and not reached to banglore now , so finally m taking action against the dtdc courier for their irresponsible behavior.
