I had ordered some stuff from Blinkit and I had already paid for it through Paytm. After some time, I got a call from the delivery boy and he said that the location is very far. I have pressed the delivery option on my phone, so I cannot deliver the order to you, please cancel it. Then I complained on Blinkit but I did not get any response from them nor was my money refunded.
I want my 258 rupees which i paid

This is very common issue and can be solved without filing the case before the Consumer Commission.

We recommend that you first call the BlinkIt customer care at "011-40592373" and also send an email to the customer care department of the BlinkIt (grievance.officer@blinkit.com), clearly outlining your concerns, attach images showing the expiration date of the product, mention the transection details and request to Refund the amount.
