Dear sir

I am a regular customer of Amazon prime iam writing this mail to raise a complaint regarding the delivery service. I am having very bad customer service from your delivery team which made me lost my control today. Many times this person have taken my order to his home and delivered as per his convenience. Thats why nowadays I started ordering Cash on delivery. Today at 6 15 he called me and told me that come fast and take your courier. I have told him I left my office and now I am standing in the bus stop. I thought I will tell someone and collect it. I called one of my colleague and told her to collect it. When she went there he was not arrived till. She waited for 20 minutes and I called him about 10 times he didn't pick up my call. This is disgusting and from one of my colleague who was standing near me was telling me that he is always like that. He is returning all the items without even calling her. Please do consider this as a serious issue and take necessary action The ordered item was a watch' for my 7 years son who is waiting to receive it eagerly. Please do consider this as a humble request and do the needful

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.
