Ditch the guilt did a scam

Placed an order on 10th oct (#102630) and just received a confirmation mail.payment of Rs 278/--was via online .Tried to contact them via whatsapp, email, Instagram but no reply from their part. Not available on call. Finally received it on 27/10 with damaged and open package. Ordered 3 products but received 1 and that too not what I have ordered. Worst customer service

it's about to be 2 months, no replies, no updates, their contact number doesnt work. it's time they pay for the scam

I ordered chocolates from ditch the guilt yesterday on 10th November 2025 where the promised 1 day delivery but have not yet dispatched order , i have pinged everywhere on their email , tried to call also but no reply.

I placed two online orders 110979 and 110977 on 27th October, and till date, I have not received any order or communication regarding delay or anything about my purchase. The order tracking numbers shows as “cancelled”, yet no refund has been issued to me.

This lack of response and transparency is unacceptable and appears fraudulent.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
