Ordered two chocolates from Ditch The Guilt's site. Pre-paid (Rs 120). Its been 2 months but no delivery yet. Tried everything from contacting customer care, to emails to whatsapp, to call but to no avail. No response, nothing!!! Please let this be known to maximum number of people to never buy from them. I also read on multiple forums that this has happened to so many people. This company is a scam!

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
