I had placed an order on 3rd August 2025 vide Order No. 23106 for 4 chocolates of 60g each, amounting to Rs. 356. However, on 24th August 2025, I received only 2 chocolates of 40g each.

Since then, I have been continuously following up for a refund of the missing 160g worth of items, but till date, no resolution has been provided. Despite my repeated emails along with attached proofs of the discrepancy, I have not received either the refund or any proper response from your team.

This level of negligence is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Not only was my order incorrect, but the lack of support and accountability has made the experience very unpleasant. I request you to process my refund immediately without any further delay.

They were fine earlier. Looks like they have turned into frauds in recent times. My 2 orders worth of Rs 1500 + remains unattended. they dont respond on phone. received one email response and later no response. It says undeliverable for same mail. 99% chance that they are fraud.

I have placed an order for the chocolates on 26.09.25 order # 91502 and #91529. Total of ₹ 500 paid by UPI also received the payment receipt from the party as I did not received any parcel for more than a week I tried to contact them by email and WhatsApp Messenger but still no reply from Ditch the Guild. On facebook there is still there website displaying and collecting money from the innocent people please help and Stop them deceiving public Thanks

Same i placed the order 2 weeks ago and there is no update. There email, phone number provided on the website is invalid it doesnt exist. I read thier refund policy and it is mentioned no refund once shipped and if you want to cancel reach out to us. If there is no point of contact then how can we even cancel and refund else they should ship on time. Its a fraud. Lets expose them on social media. Let’s collect the details all together and make a video. I already file grievances form against this company
