The meter is stuck at "0" in the 100th position. GAIL is refusing to take this complaint. No proper reply to e-mail complaints. My BP Number is 4000051602. From the date of installation, 21st November 2022, the meter reading never registered a third digit reading. After 99.999, the meter goes to 00.000 instead of 100.000. This problem was clearly explained to GAIL technicians, but they do not seem to understand the problem. It proves that GAIL people do not possess basic technical knowledge to understand this simple problem.
