On 2nd March at Ashok Nagar Kovai Pazhamudhir Cholai I purchased items valued about Rs.422.30 and its paid through card. After swiped once the operator said its not processed and swipe again. Next day we noticed that unfortunately we lost the bill or invoice. we request for a duplicate bill for so many times they keep avoiding to issue the duplicate bill. We mailed them and no proper response. Customer care ask us to contact the branch. Branch manager always saying we are busy ask me to come in the after noon. When visit at after noon ask us to come next day. Very bad attitude.

Thanks for your suggestion, kindly read my entire complaint once please.... I request so many times the operator and 3 times the branch manager for duplicate bill (KPN asking the bill for clarification) and branch manager not give any response.

If you have already contacted both the opposite parties, we suggest you to send a Legal notice to both the parties via registered post.

Wait for 15 days for their reply, and if not received any reply revert us back.
