I am Durgeshwari Kumari, from ranchi jharkhand, pin 834004, mob no 7258878283, email id durgeshwariupadhyay2023@gmail.com, consignment number is K1001655096, i had told to mr raj rohit sharma, add dtdc office dhurwa, opp hanuman mandir, dhurwa,ranchi jharkhand pin 834004,took service to send my urgent courier on 29 October 2026,from ranchi to bangalore, that it is very very urgent , then he told me that he would try to delivered this on sat, so i gave my parcel to him for courier process and paid 178 rs , but on mon it was not reached to banglore,then i asked him then raj rohit sharma ji told me due to wrong flight your parcel has been reached to hyderabad, it is on 31 october 2026, then again i request that kindly send my parcel as soon as possible, but he gave me the banglore dtdc office no, i talked with then said the same thing, and it is 4 days still kept in hyderabad, not sending to banglore, it was very urgent government document, now i talked with dtdc customer care person, he still told me that i got your parcel at yelhanka office, now we will send it to rajaji Nagar banglore office then after process it will be going for delivery, so my time is up, i have lost my opportunity due courier service mistake and i am suffering, so raise a complaint againt dtdc courier service. Kindly consider my complaint for mental and physical stress they gave.
