My DTDC couriered item with Item number 7X109874421, was speed posted with medicine from Kolkata to Rangpo was delivered from Kolkata on 15th October 2025 and arrived at Rango on 18th October 2025. The item has not been delivered to the destination in time and DTDC Office Rangpo is harrassing the recipient multiple times and today when I reached out to Rangpo DTDC, they are giving further excuses and asking for more time to deliver the item. Hopefully a storng action would be taken against the Rangpo DTDC personnel. His contact number is 9641197929. The person's name is Jerry Gurung.
