Dear Sir,
I sent a courier containing important documents which were required to be delivered on time. Otherwise I could use Postal service also, but since, it was very urgent, I used DTDC. But, out of no reason, DTDC returned the courier. I called them and asked for the reason of return but they are giving no reason. I address was proper, the phone number was proper. In the given address my full family live there and there is no possibility of remaining the house empty. The DTDC persons are saying that they have done their duty and they have no liability of dispatching. this is very casual and irresponsible reply.
Now who will bear my time loss and money loss?
