To whom it may concern;

I have been writing to noreply@goigibo.com since 8th August with official claim from the Airline, but since I have not received any reply,
I am submitting this query.

On the day of departure at the airport, due to domestic regulations in Nepal, foreign nationals were not allowed to purchase airline tickets in INR and were required to repurchase tickets in USD.
As this information had not been shared in advance, we had to repurchase tickets in USD at the last minute before boarding.
At that time, an official certificate was issued for a full refund at the Airport, which I have attached.
Please proceed with the refund process promptly.
