I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding your service related to a product delivery made on 24th April 2025.
A package was delivered to me by Ekart Logistics, ordered from Shopclues Technologies Private Limited, but the product delivered was incorrect. I visited the Ekart office on the same day to report the issue. EKART PANCHAVATI NASHIK team collected the wrong product from me and assured that a complaint had been raised and that I would receive my refund within 15 days.
Now, over two months have passed, and I have received neither a refund nor the correct product. In fact, the item you collected has also not been returned, leaving me with no item and no refund.
Worse, every time I tried to follow up, staff either refused to give a proper response or behaved rudely, showing a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism.
This is a clear case of negligence and service failure from Ekart’s end. I request immediate action to either refund my full amount or provide a clear resolution.

Issue:
Today Ekart logistics partner ParcelX came to door step, with 2 packets.
I have ordered 1 packet from Zapthyra with coord set

Since I ordered one, I informed to Ekart person and he raised cancellation for another one (PLXC3000259774) and I paid for one parcel.
When I opened the parcel , very old used pant appeared which is not the one I ordered.

I think the other parcel was correct and from there I am trying to search of agent contact of ParcelX and I didnt find it.

Please immediately ask your person to deliver correct order or return the money as online paid to Ekart account.

hello, Where is this Ekart Panchavati address, I will go n return my wrong parcel to them, if you have address and contact number, could you please share with me thank you
 
Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online
complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal:
https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide


If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
