Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the excess amount being demanded against my Axis Bank Credit Card EMI dues.
As per my records, I have two EMI amounts due on my credit card, amounting to ₹1,465.70 and ₹1,272.80, respectively. Therefore, the total EMI amount payable comes to ₹2,738.50. However, I am receiving messages from the Bank demanding a payment of ₹4,523.39, which is substantially higher than the actual EMI dues. I would like to point out that the EMI amounts mentioned above already include the applicable interest component. I have logged the complaint to RBI Authorities too but nothing has been done by the RBI Authorities till date. Pertinent to mention here that the complaint portal designed by the RBI is very lengthy and difficult and after doing whole procedure they are not paying any attention to the complaints.
I request you to look into the matter and initiate an enquiry in the matter.
