Hi,
I have ordered CAMPUS DORSY Running Shoes For Women with beige colour UK7 size. The seller provide 7 days return or exchange policy. After getting the product I found the size issue. Then want to exchange the product with larger size. Flipkart customer service executive higher team told me that the seller is not willing to provide exchange for UK 8 size with same colour option.
On other hand I can order the product with same colour and UK 8 size separately. Whereas the seller is not provide exchange the product. What kind of service is this? It's totally fraudulent activity. Need help with immediate effect.
At the end of the day if I have to return the product I want Rupees 2000 compensation for that kind of harrasment and fraudulent activity.
