Expiry and unhygienic product delivery

I received items from Blinkit app one of which was expiring in 4 days ( item is drinking powder which should be used atleast for a month) , and 2 other products along with this one were in very hopleless condition. They were covered with filth ( one if the item was for my newborn baby and i dont want to risk using such product on my baby, noone will risk such a thing ). i did submit photos to the customer care of Blinkit app. After hearing to my complain blinkit support team agreed to arrange a pickup and refund the money by means of a promo code or coupon of the same amount. I agreed for the same . The delivery agent came and picked up the items . Now its been 2 days i have not received any notification from the app nor any refund regarding the refund. I tried contacting the support group but they refuse to engage with me. This is completely unacceptable from such a renowned company, where its their fault totally sending such poor quality items to their valued customer. I paid cash on delivery and I haven’t received any money from them for the returned products. I want to complain because this is cheating sending expiry products and then extorting money from innocent people like myself .
