I would like to register a complaint against Eureka forbes and its employees. I have paid a good amount for a product which is not working as required. the service request raised is not attended for more than 6 months. Its employees are not responding the calls.

Please help me get the refund of the money as I have lost the trust continue using the product

FYI- We purchased Forbes SMartclean With Home mapping Pro from Eureka forbes in the month May 2025. Customer ID 6005777519
We purchased the product based upon the promise made by the Sales Agent that its customer care is very prompt in responses and he would also take care of the complaints.

To my disappointment, the service issue complaint raised in the month of July 2025 is still not resolved. FYI Service request no CM-310725-56619489. I followed multiple times from my side for the issue resolution putting my time and effort in follow up. I explained the issue multiple times, again and again to the Forbes executive . 2 times the technician visited and could not provide the satisfactory resolution. The issue persisted. Mr. Akshay Kale 9094454505 who is supposed to update me on the issue, I followed him. I was terrified with his casual and ill responsibility. He never updated me on the issue. I did not like the way he spoke so I stopped following up with him.

To my surprise they have deleted the service request as well from the mobile app. I am trying to follow the Sales agent Mr. Suresh 9529029300.. he is not responding to my calls.

The purchased product does not work as demo provided,
the issue raised did not get the due and required attention from the customer care for the last 6 months,
the executives are not responding to calls,
the service request trace is deleted from the mobile app.

I went through a lot of physical and mental agony because of all the above mentioned points. I have lost strength and courage to follow up. I feel this is a complete breach of trust and promises made by Eureka forbes. Kindly help me get the refund of the product and if possible spread the information to other customers about the bad product and services of the Eureka forbes.
