I have booked an consignment to deliver in Noida (local delivery) from Noida to Noida, booked on 9th Oct and before giving consignment i have asked by when it will deliver they committed for 10th October but it has not been delivered till now I am posting this complain after not getting proper resolution form the DTDC courier support. there is ticket open. I have asked for refund since company fail on their own committment. now they are saying saturday is weekly off so it will deliver next week. what rubbish is this ?
