Respected Sir,

I am writing this as i am getting no response and actions from M/s. AIRTEL. I have requested for shifting of my existing internet connection from Nizampet-Hyderabad area to Manikonda-Hyderabad area, as i have shifted my residence in the last week of April'2025. I was told by Airtel People that I have to pay an amount of Rs.2,500.00 towards connection and i have paid an amount of Rs.2,500.00 on 26.04.2025 for a plan of 100mbps speed. I got installation on 28.04.2025. From the day one i.e. since, 28.04.2025, am getting internet speed not even more than 1mbps. very very poor connection. i have called customer care so many times, and i used to get answers that, a technician being sent. Regret to inform you that, till date, i was waiting for the technician by sitting at home for waiting for them for the last one week, i got absent for my office and waiting for them. Whenever we call customer care, no proper response and careless answers. Daily my job is calling customer care 2 to 3 times for the last one week. Airtel charged for a plan of 100mbps speed and they are not providing not even up to 5mbps.

My humble request to you is that kindly take a punishable necessary action on M/s.AIRTEL, to do not make false and fake plans and do not cheat the public by charging amounts for which they are not providing.

Here in words I can not explain my mental agony, which i had in this last week.

Thanking you Sir,

K. CHANDRA SEKHAR
