I ordered Earbids using gift card voucher. As per items details like sound quality, battery life and ear buds qualities are not matched what they claimed. I want to return the product. However, no customer care number, no email details. Nothing is mentioned on the product item. It was couriered by Velocity Shipping and their details also not mention anywhere. Don't know how to contact Manufacturer. Its just wastage of my money.
