I am extremely disappointed with the service experience regarding my LG television. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer care team, I have not received any proper solution to my problem.

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my LG television, which continues to malfunction even after the display was replaced once under warranty

The display of my TV was replaced earlier due to malfunctioning. However, despite this replacement, the TV has again developed similar issues. This recurring fault indicates a serious product defect and has caused repeated inconvenience.

Since the product has already undergone one major repair and the issue persists, I kindly request a complete replacement of the TV unit instead of further repairs. I believe this is the only fair and lasting solution under LG’s warranty and customer satisfaction policies.

Dear Team,
I have already emailed the LG team, but I keep receiving messages with different contact numbers, and no one is answering my calls or replying to my emails. Additionally, I replaced a part, but it got damaged again after just two days. Now, I am requesting a replacement for the TV since I have already completed one part exchange.
