I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding a recent purchase of a VU LED, through Flipkart with Order ID: OD335712663223328100 which was delivered on 19/10/2025.

The product received, Product Name: VU GloQled is severely faulty, and I suspect it is not a genuine product or does not meet the promised specifications listed on the Flipkart website. even after many emails and calls I am not getting any resolution from Flipkart or the Seller.

However, buy goods with our hard earned money and if those goods turn out to be defective then you can understand how sad a person feels.

I am sharing the whole the discussion with VU television and Flipkart below:

I am writing this email regarding replacement failure of a television set, Order ID OD335712663223328100, ordered on 12th October 2025 and delivered on 19th October 2025.

Product Details:
  • Model Name: VU GloQLED, 43 inch QLED Ultra HD (4K)
  • Purchase Date: 12th October 2025
  • Serial Number: 43DH5H012138
  • Order ID (Flipkart): OD335712663223328100
  • Reported Fault Date: 12th October 2025
  • Service Request ID (VU/Flipkart): VU1738125
The product was found to be faulty immediately after delivery, and a request for replacement was formally raised on 21st October 2025 after installation and checked by the VU technician under Service Request ID VU1738125.

Despite multiple follow-ups and the clear requirement for a replacement due to a manufacturing defect, I have received no concrete resolution or a firm commitment regarding the replacement schedule. This unacceptable lapse in service quality and failure to honour the product warranty is a serious violation of my consumer rights.

I hereby issue a final notice demanding the immediate dispatch and installation of a replacement unit for the faulty television.

You are required to confirm the replacement logistics and provide a firm date for the installation of the new unit within seven (3) calendar days from the date of this email.

And I would request you for the deputation of a qualified, certified service engineer to diagnose a persistent fault in the delivered VU television. The television remains faulty despite a recent service visit under Service Request ID:VU1738125

The previous service experience was unsatisfactory as the technician assigned was unable to accurately diagnose the fault, and instead attempted to dismiss the issue by providing rudimentary explanations, such as the definition of RGB colors, which was misleading and irrelevant to the complex technical fault.

Also, please be explicitly aware that if I do not receive a satisfactory, actionable resolution of replacement by 12th November 2025, I will be compelled to initiate formal legal proceedings.

This case will be filed immediately with the relevant Consumer Court, naming Vu Television, Bathla Teletech Private Limited (Seller), and the e-commerce platform Flipkart as liable parties for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices.

After above Mail, I received a response from VU television which is given below:

Response from VU Television: (As per the video shared by you, we also did not find any issue with your TV it appears to be working perfectly fine)


Now according to them there is no problem in the television and they denied to replace the television.

I am attaching some videos of the television that clearly showing the issue with display. This is how white shades appears during black scene.
