I would like to raise my concern regarding the refund of my security deposit amount of ₹5,000.
As per the company policy, the security deposit was supposed to be refunded within 10 to 15 days. However, it has now been more than a month, and I have still not received the refund.
During this period, I have been following up regularly and was repeatedly informed that the deposit amount would be returned soon. Despite these assurances, I have not received any update or payment so far.
Additionally, I have tried contacting the concerned team and manager several times, but my calls have not been answered, making it difficult to get any clarity on the status of the refund.
