I’ve booked a new installation of jio fiber on 12 April 2025 it’s been more than 35 days on 16 May 2025. They didn’t turn up for installation, no updates at all and not even refunding the payment I made. Requested in a good way for like 10 times. They’re just taking it for granted and scamming. I’m writing to file for refund.
