Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a phone Motorola G37 from Amazon on line shopping App. on date 09.10.2026 with order no 406-3950386-2048335. with Exchange offer.
our Exchange phone was OPPO K10 6GB/128GB.
Initially exchange bonus was declared: Rs 4100.
When delivery agent came to collect old phone. He suggest to download app mane: reddit for checking phone. When phone checked all functions was working fine. But told that there is some scratch mark on phone also there is very minor crack on screen at corner, so he told me that you have to pay Rs 2540 for exchange.
I have paid money to delivery agent via Goggle Gpay. He shows payment amount on their own phone, But i have not received any message to pay.

Next day on date 12,11,2026 at Morning approx. 8:30 am, I have received a message from amazon. That your revised bonus is Rs 4100, You have to pay Rs 0.
and my phone assessment report is ok.

When i complained to amazon customer care, there are not responding well and not able give answer to my question.
Now My complained is as:
When I paid Rs 2540 against my old phone exchange, where is payment receiving invoice, why amazon has written me for 0 payment and your phone assessment report is good.
All the reports are in attachment.
Now i want my Rs 2540 Refund and raise an enquiry against financial discripancies.
