Flipkart provided very poor services and fraud with customer but In India no any government body look in to this and not take care,

No any customer care number
No any proper mail ID
Not provided proper services.

Where is government look out , and who is take care this type of fraud ?

Last more than 8 days to facing not working my product but till date not provide any solution from flipkart and Realme
