• Your team has rescheduled the resolution multiple times and finally when iam in india it was changed twice
• Yesterday was designated as the final day to close this matter, which was not honored

Current Situation: This prolonged delay is completely unacceptable. I have demonstrated patience and cooperation throughout this process, adjusting my schedule multiple times to accommodate your team's availability. The fact that you failed to resolve this matter on the agreed final date shows a lack of professionalism and respect for your customers.

Immediate Action Required:

1. Process my refund immediately without further delays
2. Provide a specific timeline for completion (no more rescheduling)
3. Escalate this matter to senior management if necessary
4. Provide written confirmation of the resolution plan
