I ordered Ac in flipkart on September 23rd now it's October 21st still it not delivered, they assigned to one deliver partner to DELHIVERY if i track my order in flipkart there its some capacity issue and if I went and checked in delhivery website in tracking it says it's cancelled the order but it's not reflecting in flipkart literally i was waiting from 1 month there is no update from their end even i paid prepaid amount, if i contact
flipkart they are asking 24 hours to give updates everytime everyday same thing they are repeating I don't have cancellation options also from my end, i need to gift that product to some other person on a particular day now I don't know what to do i dont have extra money to purchase the other product and gift that and gift date also passed now also I can't cancel in flipkart, I'm in a dilamo what to doo please help me
