Dear Sir ,
We purchased Poco X8 Pro Max mobile from flipkart . We recived damaged defective fully non workable mobile. So i was complaint for replacement. After replacement accepted by flipkart. They commited to replace mobile till 3rd April and even ther replacment reached at nearest hub on 6th april 2026. But their logistic team Ekart intentionally refused to replace defective mobile and taking rudly with me.
i wana take action again flipkart and ekart also.
