Hi team,
I have been trying to get my phone picked up, I firstly took this protection plan, then once registered claim they took another 1500 as they said the phone will pick up, the pick up was aligned and no number was provided so that I can connect with the pick up guy, then bluedart guys call me when I'm in office or out of home I never was able to connect on call even and they said I cancelled the pickup, that I never did that, still after I call once again toh Jeeves they said they will realign the pick up but since last 20 days I'm struggling to get hold on call no numbers to reach them, the chat bot never gives me options to arrange a call or call on any number.
Jeeves intentionally don't give numbers or emails as they don't want to provide service not even have any grievance email so that at least we can share our grievance with anyone.
Nor Blue dart provides any number to contact the pickup person contact.
